It's all about quality of service, isn't it? The entire network I designed was upgraded with new equipment in 2006 when most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) were losing revenue from the Urban dial-up Internet access migration to broadband cabl and DSL Internet access. Also, when was the last time you found an ISP Network Administrator who published his personal contact information for the benefit of his commercial clients and frankly, to resolve any issues, before the masses would know it even existed?
