I have known Mr. Rinehart since 1996 and have been working with him at Config.com since 1999. When we started Config.com as a independent ISP, he setup and configured the network infrastructure including the dialup access system,website servers, and email servers. Having extensively studied the search engines' criteria he was able to help me with searches when I started using the internet in '97.
